A mainstream cruise with a dedicated, separately supervised kosher dining room and its own kitchen. You sail with the regular passengers but eat freshly prepared kosher meals with a mashgiach on board.
A standard cruise that provides sealed, pre-packaged kosher meals, usually double-wrapped and heated. Workable on a short sailing; not suitable if you want fresh food or a minyan.

Straight answers
Most Pesach programs run roughly $6,000 to $20,000 per adult for the full eight days, with children typically 40–60% of the adult rate. Israel and US drive-to programs sit at the lower end; privatized 5-star resorts in Greece, Italy and the Caribbean sit at the top. Rates almost always include all meals, both Sedarim, tea room, minyanim, entertainment and kids' clubs.
A fully kosher charter means the whole ship, or a privatized section of it, is kashered and supervised for the entire sailing, with a shul and Shabbat observed on board. A kosher dining room means a mainstream cruise with a separate supervised kitchen and dining room, usually with a mashgiach and a daily minyan. Kosher meals on request means a standard cruise that serves sealed, double-wrapped pre-packaged meals, with no fresh food and no minyan.
Pesach 5787 falls on 21–29 April 2027. Serious inventory opens between Sukkot and Chanukah, and the most requested room categories — connecting rooms and family suites — are usually gone by January. Booking early also gets you the pre-publication rates most organizers offer before their brochure goes out.
Non-gebrokts means matzah is never allowed to come into contact with liquid, so the kitchen serves no matzah balls, no matzah meal cakes and no breaded items made from matzah. It is a stringency kept by many Chassidic and Yeshivish families, and it applies to Pesach only — it is not a category for cruises or year-round hotels.
