A ten-day sailing from Ho Chi Minh City through the Mekong Delta to Phnom Penh and Kampong Cham aboard the Emerald Harmony, a boutique riverboat of 40 cabins carrying 80 guests, followed by two nights at an all-kosher resort in Siem Reap for Angkor Wat.
The boat is chartered in full for the group, so the galleys are kashered and the programme is the group's own.
